Sniping (or "sniper bidding") is the tactic of placing your bid in the last seconds of an online auction. This prevents other participants from having time to react and increase the price, maximizing your chances of winning at the lowest possible amount. Our tool automates this process for you.

Sniping avoids "bidding wars." Many people increase their bids emotionally when they see competition. By placing your bid in the last second, you don't reveal your interest and prevent the price from artificially rising due to emotional disputes.

No. Once you schedule your snipe on our platform, the process is 100% managed by our servers. You can turn everything off and relax, we take care of the rest.

Yes! Our servers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with redundancy and constant monitoring. It doesn't matter if the auction ends in the middle of the night or during a holiday, your bids will be executed on time.

All users receive email notifications about the status of their bids. Users on Basic and higher plans also have access to real-time Push Notifications, to instantly know if you won or lost an auction.

No, SnipingX is not affiliated with eBay, Inc. We are an independent application that uses the official eBay API to place bids on your behalf, always respecting the platform's policies and terms of use.

Yes, it is completely safe. We use eBay's official authorization method, called OAuth 2.0. You will be redirected to the eBay site to authorize us, without ever sharing your login or password with us.

Never. Your eBay password is yours and we will never ask for it. The link is made through a secure token generated by eBay itself, which only gives us permission to place bids on your behalf.

Yes. At any time, you can access your eBay account settings and revoke the authorization granted to our platform. This will immediately cancel our ability to place future bids on your behalf.

Our bids are scheduled to be sent in the final seconds of the auction, usually between 5 and 10 seconds before the end, to ensure maximum effectiveness.

On the product page on eBay, scroll down to the "Description" section. The item ID (eBay item number) is usually located in the upper right corner of that area.

It's the minimum amount you must increase over the current bid. This value is defined by eBay and varies according to the product price. For example, if the current bid is $50, the increment may be $1, requiring a bid of at least $51.

eBay's system will register both bids almost simultaneously. The one who set the highest maximum bid will be the winner, following eBay's standard proxy bidding rule.

Yes, you can edit the amount or completely cancel any scheduled snipe through your dashboard, as long as you do so a few minutes before the auction ends.

Our system has intelligent automatic retry. If we detect a temporary failure, we will try again immediately. However, if eBay is completely unavailable, unfortunately it will not be possible to place the bid. This is a rare situation and you will be notified.

Yes! You can schedule as many bids as you want (respecting your plan's limit). Our scalable infrastructure ensures that all are executed with precision, even if they end in the same minute.

We use servers with precise time synchronization and multiple redundancy systems. Our system is optimized to place bids in the final seconds (usually between 5-10 seconds before the end) with latency below 1 second.

It's a strategy that prevents you from paying more than necessary. If the current bid of the auction has already exceeded your defined maximum value, the system does not place the bid, saving your money.

Protects you against malicious sellers who cancel auctions at the last moment when the price is low. The system places a preventive bid days before and, if it detects an attempt to cancel, executes the final bid normally.

It allows you to group several similar auctions (example: 3 different cameras) and set that you want to win only 1 of them. As soon as you win the first one, the other bids in the group are automatically canceled, avoiding duplicate purchases. Ideal for those looking for just one unit among several options.

Sets a maximum spending limit for a group of bids. The system automatically sums the value of auctions you've already won and blocks new bids if they would exceed your total budget. Perfect for resellers with limited working capital or collectors with a fixed monthly budget.

Allows you to create rules like "IF I lose auction A, THEN increase my bid on auction B by $150." You can configure dependencies between items without needing to program, automatically adjusting your bids based on the result of others.

Yes! For example, you can use Max Bid Protection + No Bid Protection on the same item, or create a Group Bid with Budget Guard. Our system is flexible and allows you to combine strategies to create the perfect configuration for your needs.

Absolutely. We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest to protect your data. In addition, we are 100% compliant with GDPR and LGPD, ensuring total respect for your privacy.

Yes! Users on Professional and Business plans can connect and manage up to 3 eBay accounts simultaneously, making it easier to manage businesses or separate personal/commercial accounts.

You have the right to complete deletion of your data (right to be forgotten). Contact our support at contact@snipingx.com and we will process your request within the legal timeframe established by GDPR/LGPD.

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to add an extra layer of security to your account. You can configure it in your account settings using apps like Google Authenticator or Authy.
