Rules governing the use of the SnipingX platform.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between SnipingX LLC (hereinafter "SnipingX") and the User. By registering or using the SnipingX application, you agree to these terms.
Please read carefully before using our services.
SnipingX is a software as a service (SaaS) application designed to automate the process of placing last-minute bids (sniping) on eBay auctions. Our goal is to increase your chances of winning and promote savings.
We place bids in the last second to maximize your chances of winning.
Group Budget Guard and Conditional Bid exclusive to premium users.
Secure integration with eBay API, without storing your credentials.
SnipingX is not affiliated with eBay, Inc. The application acts as an agent authorized by the user to submit bids through eBay's official channels.
The user agrees to use SnipingX in strict compliance with these T&C, applicable laws, and the eBay User Agreement.
The use of SnipingX for auction manipulation, such as shill bidding (fake or coordinated bids), is strictly prohibited.
Violation will result in immediate suspension of the SnipingX account and reporting to eBay.
SnipingX operates on a Freemium + Subscription model with Free, Basic, Professional, and Business plans.
Prices and features of each plan are detailed on our Plans page, including ultra-competitive prices from $3.99 to $19.99/month.
Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually, according to the user's choice. Payment is processed through secure gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.
The user can cancel the subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellation reverts the account to the Free Plan at the end of the billing cycle.
SnipingX strives to achieve maximum efficiency, with a bid placement success rate of 95%+ and latency below 1 second.
However, SnipingX does not guarantee victory in any auction. Bid success depends on external factors such as competitor's maximum bid, eBay interruptions, and user connection.
The user agrees to hold SnipingX harmless from liability for losses, damages, or costs arising from improper use of the platform, including, but not limited to, violations of eBay policies or damages caused by bids exceeding the user's maximum limit (user error).
All intellectual property rights of the SnipingX platform, including source code, interface design, AI Price Prediction roadmap, and exclusive strategies (Group Budget Guard, Conditional Bid), are the exclusive property of SnipingX LLC.
SnipingX reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. We will notify users of substantial changes by email or through a notice on the platform.
These T&C will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where SnipingX LLC is headquartered.
